Most disappointing game: One with two spares, one strike, one chopping the '3' out of a 3-6, five splits and a washout. One with a gutter on the fill ball thanks to hitting my leg before making the shot. A 97 game.
Had exactly one >200 game on each day.
The first 200 game during singles was more or less a basic closed game with a couple of doubles and a split.
Second >200 game during doubles, started with a five-bagger and lost my shot at a perfect game with a bucket and a pin 10. 236 that game, highest game during a-divs for me (and incidentally, highest from our school on that day - magnus and jun yan both bowled 235 XD).
Third >200 game on first day of quartets, cant remember much of it except that it was mostly closed and could have been better if not for a few splits.
Fourth >200 game on second day of quartets, right after the super-demoralising 97 game. Forced to adjust due to chopping and leaving too many 2-10s the first game, so I played the oily left lane with a sanded pinslasher down to the tenth board with more forward roll, and played the drier right lane with my kinetic pearl which I sent out to the fifth board with more side roll on it. Went X X 9/ -9 X X X X X [6]- that game, was generally quite happy with my performance that game except for the fourth frame where the ball dropped out of my hands (straight into gutter) and the last frame where I left the big four -.- had a very nice messenger on the right lane in the seventh or eight frame where I left a solid pin 9 which got taken out by a speeding pin deflected off the side. Was quite happy with this game although could have exceeded 250 easily if not for the two screw ups.
Not happy at all with my results. Could have been bowling 200s consistently every game. As it is, didn't even get into top four for hwachong. Regret. Disappointment. I guess its time to move on.
