First Item: Sit-Ups. Edwin goes first, and I put my weight on his feet, counting the number of times his elbows touch his knees. Sixty seconds go by quickly and its my turn to lie down. 10 seconds later, I'm 40% to my first sit-up and the teacher walks up to me and asks: Do you know how to do a sit-up?
Well, in the end 3 sit-ups were recorded, and because nearly everyone else did 43, the teacher purposely wrote a big '0' in front of my '3' to ensure my score doesn't get modified. Dang.
Second Item: Standing Broad Jump 267 cm on my first try, and the teacher didn't let me retake ): Managed to hit 280 in practice on my own, but whatever -.- leg strength gone down alot recently .___.
Third Item: Sit and Reach Whee. 57 cm.
Fourth Item: Pull-ups Scraped 10, at which I was pleasantly surprised considering my left wrist is probably still fractured, and my left arm consisting totally of fats.
Fifth Item: Shuttle Run Highlight was watching Lester Leong repeat it several times, to hilarious results. For example, on his nth try, where n is a large number, when he stopped his spectacles chose to demonstrate Newton's First Law, and continued moving without him. Hilarity ensues as he goes 'oops'. On his (n+2)th try, when he bent down to pick up the block his foot made contact with it at the same time, and the block goes flying. On a side note got 9.4 for shuttle run haha.
Sixth Item: 2.4km Demoralising. Caught up with Edwin after my third round. Fell out of pace, and deproved from my previous timing by alot. Ended up 10:something. B for 2.4 -__- well gonna retake NAPFA with Edwin anyway, so doesn't really matter haha.
