some people keep thinking that effort = output

一分耕耘，一分收获

bullshit

if life was so easy why is everyone suffering?

a relatively simplistic but more appropriate formula

(effort) x (luck) x (technique) = output

this can encompass almost everything in life from studies to sports to anything

say in soccer

effort relates to power

if your technique is fail

no matter how much power you have your output will be low

conversely

even with the right technique insufficient power will not get you there

and for most people their tehnique improves when they put in less effort

hence some people think that the less you do the more you gain

retarded

the luck factor is important also, but relative to certain cases only

why cant some people understand

why do they have such a simplistic view of life

i highly appreciate simplistic views

but when they find problems with life and themselves because of their short-sightedness

they dont realise the problem with them

i mean

although we should keep things simple, we should keep things efficient

or is keeping things efficient already violating the law of keeping things simple?

are they mutually exclusive?

in truth, i do not know.

but time will tell.

it never fails.
