"While you are not able to serve men, how can you serve spirits [of the dead]?...While you do not know life, how can you know about death?"
Everything is of relative value. Nothing is worth the same to two people.
And as such, everthing is valubale. No life is valueless. No life is worthless. And yet no life is valubale.
If we could choose between saving a loved one and a stranger, which would it be? Does that make the stranger's life any less valuable? What about to himself? What about to those who values him or her?
Everything is nothing. Nothing is everything. There is no definite in this world. There is no absolute. Cruelty is kindness. Beauty is ugly. Strong is weak. Good is bad.
