But. but. but.

I hate NAPFA. I hate 2.4. Most of all, I hate myself :D

Apparently my body hasn't forgotten those years of drilling. Of training to run 400m in 1 minute 30 seconds, and repeat 6 separate times.

For that was the pace I ran. For the first 3 rounds. More specifically, I completed the first 3 rounds in 4 min 20 odd seconds.

What my body didnt take into account was one year of slacking. More specifically, extra baggage. To be precise, about 20 kilograms of fats.

So basically died after the 3rd round. Ended up walking back 3. Slower than even Lester Goh. Fuck this. I'm going to train everyday already.
